Sofa bed to be used only by the fifth person (child)

Description

- nine cottages amongst Arbutus trees, shrubs and flowers; quiet and serene

- fireplaces in cottages numbers 6,7,8,9 and 10 with limited complimentary fire logs

- electric heat, colour cable TV, range, refrigerator and microwaves

- full kitchen with stainless steel pots, plates, glasses, utensils, automatic filter coffee makers

- bed linens and towels supplied; beach towels can be obtained from the office

- bathrooms in cottages # 3,4,6,7,8,9,10 have tub/shower combinations;# 1shower only;#11 jet tub with shower

- all cottages have a queen bed in one bedroom, 2 singles in the other and a sofa bed in the living room, which

  can  accommodate up to 5 people of which there can only be at most 4 adults

- all cottages have a private sun deck, overlooking the lake, with patio furniture and propane gas barbecue

- complimentary non-motorized watercraft

- credit cards accepted: VISA and MasterCard

- unable to accommodate pets so that we may have a safe place for the younger family members.

- smoking and campfires are restricted for health and safety reasons

 

Terms & Conditions

 Reservations & Payment

All prices are in Canadian funds.  A minimum deposit of one night or 25% of total amount owing, which ever is greater is due at the time of making the booking. The balance of payment including taxes is due at St. Mary Lake Resort prior to arrival; for the Summer period (June 25 to September 6) bookings made before May 1st requires the balance due 7 days after making the reservation and is refundable if the reservation is cancelled during a 45 day grace period which begins on the date the reservation was made. Bookings made less than 45 days prior to May 1st can receive a refund if cancelled before April 30th. Bookings made after May 1st are non-refundable and the balance is due on the date the reservation was made. Winter period (October 16 to March 15) requires 1-day notice prior to arrival, and Shoulder period (September 7 to October 15 or March 16 to June 24) 7 days prior with a 1 night penalty except Easter and Victoria Day weekends require 30 days notice.  We reserve the right to cancel your booking if full remittance is not received by the due date.  VISA or MasterCard may be used to make your payment. 

Cancellation Charges

Summer, Easter and Victoria Day weekends, which have a penalty, as defined in the preceding paragraph, are 100% of the total cost of the reservation less any dates that are re-rented all other dates 1 night.

All cancellation penalties are subject to a minimum $25.00 administration fee.
