All cottages can be either a one bedroom or a two bedroom configuration. The rate is adjusted depending on the number of people and number of bedrooms used. Check-in after 3:30 PM Check-out before 11:00 AM Changes to these times subject to a fee.

When two or three people using two bedrooms add to the one bedroom rate an extra $20.00 per night or $125.00 per week.

For four or more people in a two bedroom cottage add to the two bedroom rate for each individual, 4th or more, the additional charges listed below.

Midweek is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Weekend is Friday, Saturday, Sunday and statutory holidays.

Note:  Extra fees: $5.00 recycling fee for garbage containing recyclables; Soiled linen fee of $10.00 for linens that cannot be cleaned; Smoking fee of $200.00. Subject to change.
Cottages can accommodate up to 6 people of which there can only be at most 4 adults(17+ years old)
Sofa bed to be used only by the fifth or sixth person (child) extra fee of $15.00 if third or fourth person is using
5% HST and 8% PST will be added
Long weekends three night minimum and no discounts apply; Summer Season five to seven night minimum; All other days two night minimum. Shorter stays may be possible please inquire.

 

Terms and Conditions

Reservations & Payment

All prices are in Canadian funds. A minimum deposit of one night or 33% of total amount owing, whichever is greater is due at the time of making the booking. The balance of payment including taxes is due at St. Mary Lake Resort prior to or upon arrival.

Summer period 33% deposit at time of booking. Bookings made prior to April 30th requires the balance due by May 1st. Bookings made after April 30th require full payment up to 7 days after making the reservation.

Winter period 33% deposit at time of booking with final payment upon arrival.

Fall and Spring period  33% deposit at time of booking with final payment upon arrival except Easter and Victoria Day weekends require full payment 14 days prior to arrival.

We reserve the right to cancel your booking if full remittance is not received by the due date. VISA or MasterCard may be used to make your payment.

Cancellation Charges

Bookings cancelled within 45 days (Summer period), 7 days (Fall & Spring)  except Easter and Victoria Day weekends require 14 days, 2 days (Winter period) of the date of arrival is subject to a 33% fee or one night whichever is greater. But if at any time the resort was fully booked when the reservation was cancelled, then the penalty is the full amount due less any nights re-rented with a minimum of at least any banking and processing fees (about 2% of any money received).
