All cottages can be either a one bedroom or a two bedroom configuration. The rate is adjusted depending on the number of people and number of bedrooms used. Check-in after 3:30 PM Check-out before 11:00 AM Changes to these times subject to a fee.

Two bedroom rate for up to four people add to the above one bedroom high season rate an extra $50.00 per night or $315.00 per week or to the off season rate an extra $40.00 per night or $252.00 per week.

For  5th person in a two bedroom cottage add to the two bedroom rate  the additional charges listed below.

Sofa Bed to be used only by the fifth person and has an additional charge of $10.00  per night or $63.00 per week plus the daily additional person charge.

Midweek is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Weekend is Friday, Saturday, Sunday and statutory holidays.

Note:  Extra fees: $5.00 recycling fee for garbage containing recyclables; Soiled linen fee of $10.00 per sheet or pillow case that cannot be cleaned; Smoking fee of $200.00. Subject to change.
Cottages can accommodate up to 5 people of which there can only be at most 4 adults(17+ years old)
5% GST and 8% PST and 2% Regional will be added
Long weekends in off season three night minimum plus additional $10.00 per night to the off season rate;

Summer Season Five, six or seven night minimums;

At least two night minimum. Some advance bookings may have a longer minimum.

Terms and Conditions

Reservations & Payment

All prices are in Canadian funds. A minimum deposit of one night or 33% of total amount owing, whichever is greater is due at the time of making the booking. The balance of payment including taxes is due at St. Mary Lake Resort prior to or upon arrival.

High Season period 33% deposit at time of booking which is non-refundable. Bookings made prior to April 30th requires the balance due by May 1st. Bookings made after April 30th require full payment up to 7 days after making the reservation.

Off Season 33% deposit at time of booking with final payment upon arrival except Long Weekends require full payment 30 days prior to arrival.

We reserve the right to cancel your booking if full remittance is not received by the due date. VISA , MasterCard, E-Transfer may be used to make your payment.

Cancellation Charges

Bookings cancelled within 45 days (High Season), 7 days (Off Season)  except Long weekends require 30 days. Flexible cancellation policy if at any time we did not turn any people away, but if at any time the resort was fully booked when the reservation was cancelled, then the penalty is the full amount due less any nights re-rented with a minimum of at least any banking and processing fees (about 2.5% of any money received).
